Cancellation Policy

Upon booking a choreography session, please be on the lookout for an email containing a choreography questionnaire. For single choreography sessions, you must complete the questionnaire in its entirety (including uploading music to the form). For team choreography sessions, you will receive a contract and questionnaire. You must read and sign the contract and fill out the questionnaire for your team (including uploading music to the form). This policy helps ensure I can prepare and provide the best service possible with great results. *** Xcel - 6/7 maximum 2 hours to learn*** *** Level 8-10 maximum 2.5 hours*** Please note: If you fly me in, I recommend a extra day to do touch ups for new choreography. Deposit for choreography & private lessons must be paid at booking. Deposits for camps/clinics, travel choreography, and substitute coaching, must be paid prior to arrival. Acceptable deposit includes travel arrangements (flight/mileage/hotel) covered (where applicable). • Travel Expenses include - Transportation (Flights, Mileage at $0.655/mile, etc.), Food ($65 per day), Hotel/Airbnb All virtual classes, curriculum and training resources purchased are non-refundable. Due to high demand, all cancellations must be received 7 days prior to scheduled session, or a $250 cancellation fee will be incurred. If for any reason, Coach DeAvera needs to cancel, session will be rescheduled or other arrangements will be made.
