I’m a coach, choreographer, clinician, and lover of all things performance, purpose, and athlete development.

I specialize in helping athletes grow with strong technique, creative expression, accountability, and love. My coaching style brings together skill mastery, confidence-building, and that nurturing tough-love aunty energy that helps athletes feel supported while still being challenged to rise.

Whether I’m coaching, choreographing, or teaching at camps and clinics, my goal is simple: help every athlete discover what they’re capable of and bring out the best version of themselves. 

 

 

My Journey
 

My journey began in Georgia, where my love for dance, performance, and gymnastics started at a young age. What began as a childhood passion grew into a lifelong purpose. 

 

As a former collegiate gymnast at Boise State and UIC, I understand the discipline, resilience, and heart it takes to compete at a high level. Now, as a coach, choreographer, and founder of Elite Talent Academy, I use those experiences to pour into the next generation of athletes. 

 

From local gyms to national and international spaces, I’ve had the opportunity to work with gymnasts, coaches, and programs across many levels. My mission is to help athletes grow technically, artistically, mentally, and personally.
